- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and website URL when you create an account.
- Website & Analytics Data: Website performance data, audit scores, SEO metrics, and content data processed through our platform.
- Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
- Communications: Messages, support requests, and form submissions.
- Mobile/Phone Number: When you provide your phone number for SMS notifications or support alerts.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Policy
When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from Glori Technologies, the following applies:
- Types of Messages: Service notifications, website status updates, lead alerts, support communications, and account notifications.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
- Opt-In: By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. No further texts will be sent.

Mobile Information Sharing Disclosure
No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile information is used solely for service notifications, support communications, and operational alerts related to your account.
5. Google User Data
If you connect a Google account to GLORi Marketing, we access only the Google data needed for the feature you turn on:
- Google Calendar (calendar events and read-only calendar access): we read the times on your calendar that are busy so your booking page never offers a time you are not available, and we add, update, and remove the events for appointments booked through your website or admin.
- Google Search Console and Google Analytics (read-only): if you connect them, we read your site's search and traffic reports to show them in your dashboard.
- Your Google account email address: to show which account is connected.
Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only by our servers to provide these features to you. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We do not share it with anyone except as needed to provide the feature, to comply with the law, or with your permission. People at Glori Technologies do not read your Google data except with your permission, for security purposes, or as required by law.
You can disconnect at any time in your admin (Appointments → Settings → Calendar Sync) or from your Google Account's third-party access page. When you disconnect, we delete the stored access tokens and stop accessing your Google data. To have other stored data deleted, email contact@glori.com.
GLORi Marketing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS) — bound by contract to protect your data.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, encrypted database storage, session-based authentication, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe.
