Impact Honor Agreement

- No cash, ever. This is a separate agreement from the cash agreements. Under it you are never paid money, now or later.
- What happens instead. For each new GLORi Marketing account you introduced, GLORi Technologies makes a gift in your honor to the fund or offering you chose.
- How you see it. We show your gift as a quantity, such as meals or New Testaments. We do not show prices or dollar values.
- Your choice of destination. You pick a fund, and you may pick a specific offering inside it. You may change where an upcoming gift goes until it is posted.
- The gift is GLORi's. GLORi Technologies makes the gift, not you. You receive no payment, no receipt, and no tax benefit from it.
- Who you are. You are not a GLORi or GLORi Marketing customer, employee or sales rep, and you are at least 18 years old.
- What you do. You introduce people you know to GLORi Marketing. You tell the truth about it and you do not spam.
- What does not count. Insurance, financial services and payment processing are excluded. You may not introduce them under this agreement.
- Timing. A gift is made 30 days after the account you introduced starts. If two people introduce the same business, the first verified introduction within 90 days counts.
- Who gives. GLORi Technologies gives all gifts. The GLORi Foundation is never a party to this agreement.
- Wall of Fame. Every Impact Honor gift is listed on the Wall of Fame as a quantity only, never a price. It appears under your name (or your business name if you gave one), or anonymously if you choose. You can change between the two at any time. Cash is never listed.
- Law. Oklahoma law governs this agreement.
